A student was sexually assaulted Saturday while walking in an off-campus apartment parking lot, University Police said in a crime alert Monday evening.
The student was walking in an apartment parking lot at about 10 p.m. Saturday on East University Avenue near Hill Street when an unknown male approached her and grabbed her buttocks before riding away on a bicycle, according to police.
The suspect is described as a black male, middle-aged and about 5’9″ tall. Police say he was wearing a blue hat, shorts and a gray t-shirt at the time of the incident.
