What: A University staff member was arrested for suspected marijuana possession, Department of Public Safety reported. The man had two warrants out for his arrest.
Bicyclist crashes into chain fence

When: Wednesday at about 7:30 a.m.
What: A University staff member sustained minor injuries when she rode her bike into a hanging chain fence outside the plaza of the Fletcher street carport, DPS reported. The woman refused medical assistance.
Visitor’s car vandalized
Where: East Medical Center Dr.
When: Wednesday at about 11 a.m.
What: The side of a visitor’s Chrysler Concorde was keyed from the passenger side door to the rear wheel while it was parked, DPS reported.
Student suffers nocturnal injury

When: Wednesday at about 6 a.m.
What: An ambulance took a male student to the hospital after he passed out and woke up to find a laceration on his chin, DPS reported. Police do not suspect foul play.
