The “Dawson’s Creek” star was arrested for assaulting a security guard in Raleigh, N.C. while attending a Carolina Hurricanes game. He allegedly grabbed the security guard by the neck and hit him. Jackson also had a .14 blood-alcohol level. The legal limit in North Carolina is .08. He posted bail and is scheduled to appear in court in December.
