What: A University staff member found a hole in a light cover near Hatcher Graduate Library, the Department of Public Safety reported. The cost of the damage to the light, located near the block ‘M’ on the Diag, was estimated at $350. Police have no suspects.

Valet driver gets in fender bender

What: While driving a car, a valet driver crashed into another vehicle, DPS reported. The cars both had minimal damage and neither driver was injured.

What: A University staff member called for medical assistance when a woman began choking, DPS reported. The woman opted not to go to the hospital.

Man reported loitering atop parking lot

Where: Thompson Street Carport
When: Tuesday at about 10:30 a.m.
What: A staff member reported that a man was loitering on the seventh floor of the structure smoking and drinking, DPS reported. Police responded to the scene, but were unable to locate the man.
