$225 worth of laundry stolen from Baits
Where: Vera Baits Residence Hall
When: Monday at about 9:15 p.m.
What: A female student reported her clothes were stolen from her residence hall laundry room, the Department of Public Safety reported. The student said she had left her laundry unattended for about a half hour. The clothes were valued at $225. Police have no suspects.
Swimmer injures head while swimming
Where: Central Campus Recreational Building
When: Sunday at about 6:30 p.m.
What: A female student hit her head on the swimming pool wall, DPS reported. Immediately after the accident took place, a witness called DPS. The injured student was taken to the University Hopsital by an ambulance for care.
Student loses, finds DVD player
Where: Michigan Union
When: Tuesday at about 12:45 a.m.
What: A male student reported his DVD player stolen, DPS reported. The student called DPS an hour later called to say he had misplaced the device.

When: Tuesday morning at about 3 a.m.
What: A male student was found drinking in his dorm room, DPS reported. Police gave the student a minor in possession citation.
