Thief nabs three $300 lounge chairs

What: Three chairs valued at about $300 apiece were taken from the Observatory Lodge, the Department of Public Safety reported. The building is still under construction.
Driver plows through parking gate
Where: M-22 Carport, 1535 Hospital
When: Monday at about 11:20 a.m.
What: A car drove through a parking gate arm valued at $130.
Unattended gym bag stolen from CCRB
Where: Central Campus Recreation Building
When: Monday at about 6:45 p.m.
What: An unattended gym bag was stolen from the main gym of the CCRB, DPS reported. The victim was playing basketball at the time. Police later found the contents of the bag – shoes, a sweater, a basketball, an MCard and keys.
Bus causes $1,500 worth of damage
Where: North Campus Service Station
When: Monday at about 1 p.m.
What: A bus driver damaged an overhead door while driving, DPS reported. The damage is estimated at $1,500.
