What: Open tryouts for the Michigan Idol singing competition, modeled after American Idol. The top prize in the competition is $500.

-An article on the front page of yesterday’s edition of the Daily (In close vote, MSA decides against sending Prop. 2 e-mail) said Michigan Student Assembly Rep. Ashley Schwedt voted in favor of a resolution to send a mass e-mail about an upcoming lawsuits challenging Proposal 2. Schwedt voted against the resolution.
