16-year-old Qi-Xuan "Justin" Tang, an Ann Arbor high school student, was struck by a car and killed Tuesday morning around 7:20 a.m. He was struck by a car while crossing Fuller Road near Huron High School, according to Ann Arbor Police and Ann Arbor Public Schools.
