After a winter storm took much of the country by surprise, Chicagoans found themselves buried in snow for the third time this year. Blizzard conditions began Monday morning and continued well into the night. On Feb. 16, Chicago residents awoke to some of the highest levels of snowfall in years. While the city remained quiet as most of its residents admired the winter wonderland from inside, a few brave, dedicated Chicagoans trudged their way out into the tundra to explore — including me.
