Photo Gallery: Ann Arbor spring in a pandemic

Ann Arbor in a pandemic looks almost like a normal summer. There’s too much construction, kids playing frisbee on the Diag and squirrels looking for a snack. But look a little closer—there should be a hundred people lounging in the law quad, not twenty, and the lone slack liner should have a group of friends and speakers nearby, and the buses should say ‘Bursley-Baits’ not ‘Essential Trips Only.’ Campus is blooming, finally, with tulips and bright green buds, and only a small number of people are left to enjoy it.
