A man has escaped the Ann Arbor Police after discovering them in a home with a search warrant, according to a ClickOn Detroit article. After fleeing the home, the man stole a car with two children and a man inside and led officers on a chase at speeds of over 100 miles per hour.

Officials from the Ann Arbor Police Department, Michigan State Police, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Michigan Department of Corrections were executing a search warrant around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday in a home on South State Street. The man fled on foot after entering the home and seeing the law enforcement officials and stole the vehicle parked at a nearby gas station.

Police chased the suspect on eastbound I-94 highway before losing sight of him. The man eventually got out of the car after exiting the highway and fled on foot. No one was injured during the chase.

Police are continuing to look for the suspect.
