LSA Student Government introduces first undergraduate unionization at UMich
The LSA student government voted to support a resolution favoring unionization for undergraduate student workers, including M-dining workers and Resident Advisors. Read to learn more about the resolution and what members think about the initiative.

U-M Regent Jordan Acker addressed the Senate Advisory Committee on University Affairs regarding the search for a new University President. SACUA also discussed inclusivity measures at the University and heard Provost Susan Collins’s thoughts on the next steps for replacing former President Mark Schlissel. MUSIC Matters, a nonprofit student organization that hosts concerts to raise funds for their philanthropic efforts, held a Battle of the Bands at the Blind Pig on Thursday. The sold-out show featured five local artists, with student-band Electric Chic winning the night. Read on for highlights of the show.
