An unspecified amount of money was stolen from a wallet in a dorm room in Markley Residence Hall while the student was in the room with his back to the door, the University’s Division of Public Safety and Security reported Friday night.
The home invasion occured at about 3:20 p.m, according to DPSS. The wallet was lying on a desk by the open door.
Diane Brown, DPSS spokeswoman, said the department had no additional information Saturday morning. She said the victim did not see the suspect, so there are no leads.
