An unknown man reportedly pushed a pedestrian in a parking lot outside the Kellogg Eye Center on Wall Street, according to a crime alert from the University of Michigan’s Division of Public Safety and Security.
According to the crime alert, the suspect was riding a bicycle when he approached two pedestrians in the parking lot. He aggressively pushed one of the pedestrians and rode off on his bicycle after the encounter.
The suspect is reportedly white and in his mid-to-late 20s. He has a thin build, black hair and facial hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a light-colored hoodie and a brown Carhartt-style jacket.
