Since the Midwest got teased with a momentary taste of spring weather before heading back into its cold, dreary winter habits, I was craving some spring colors for my photos. What better way to find that than heading to a conservatory? On Tuesday, March 16, I went to the conservatory at the Garfield Park Conservatory to fill the monotone void that midwestern winters create every year. While we’re still a long way from seeing such beauty bloom, being able to shoot these plants made waiting for spring a little less dreadful.
