In this episode, we address mental health within communities of color. We discuss shame surrounding mental health, family reactions, and more. Our wonderful guests are Sneha Rathi (she/her/hers), Sejal Lal (she/her/hers), and Amanda Kuo (she/her/hers). These amazing speakers tell their personal journeys of dealing with mental health issues and how they cope with the stigmas surrounding mental health within their communities.
