This week, Pass the MiC released two more episodes, one on mental health concerns in communities of colors and the other on the acclaimed movie, Us, by Jordan Peele.

Ep 6: Mental Health in Communities of Color

In this episode, we address mental health within communities of color. We discuss shame surrounding mental health, family reactions, and more. Our wonderful guests are Sneha Rathi (she/her/hers), Sejal Lal (she/her/hers), and Amanda Kuo (she/her/hers). These amazing speakers tell their personal journeys of dealing with mental health issues and how they cope with the stigmas surrounding mental health within their communities.
