Monday morning, players from Michigan’s and Alabama’s football teams made their way to Fun Spot America for the VRBO Citrus Bowl Day for Kids. At this event, the participating kids got to spend the morning with players they had been paired up with.

The kids participating are part of the MVP Families program, created by Lift Orlando. Executive Director of the nonprofit, Eddy Moratin, spoke at the beginning of the event.

“These kids, each and every single one of them, earned the right to be here today by getting good grades, and every time they show up with good grades, the stadium gives the free tickets for the entire family to celebrate at the upcoming event,” Moratin said.

The kids involved, who were paired with a Michigan and Alabama player, spent the morning going on roller coasters, riding go-karts, interacting with wildlife and more.
