Tuesday, the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program will host their annual symposium in the Michigan Union, with several changes from the past year. 

UROP is a program where students can participate in authentic research studies with professionals and doctorate students, while also earning academic credit or pay.

Nearly 200 students walked the red carpet on campus Thursday night at the 2016 Entrepreneurial Oscars, held at the University of Michigan Museum of Art.

The evening was hosted by MPowered Entrepreneurship, a student organization whose mission is to introduce students to entrepreneurship opportunities, with the aim of honoring the year’s most innovative students, student organizations, startups and creations.

Amid a discussion of allocating funds to Music Matters at the Central Student Government meeting Tuesday, CSG President Cooper announced that the Student Organization Funding Commission has depleted its funding for the semester, a month before it ends.

The body also brought six resolutions to the floor at the meeting and was introduced to the tool that will allow students to access past course evaluation data.
