Depth chart released, QB situation still a three-way race

Just a couple of days before the start of the 2009 season, Michigan football coach Rich Rodriguez finally released a depth chart. There aren’t really any surprising, including the quarterback position, which still lists Tate Forcier, Denard Robinson and Nick Sheridan at possible starters.
With first game looming, quarterback race remains wide open

On Sept. 5, Michigan football fans can fully expect to see three different maize-and-blue-clad players take snaps at quarterback. Rich Rodriguez promised it, position coach Rod Smith confirmed it, and the three guys — two of them true freshmen — don’t seem fazed by the news.
