An 8-4 season and an Outback Bowl loss to South Carolina wasn’t the way the Michigan football team’s seniors wanted to go out. And, for five of them, they’ve got another chance to wear the winged helmet.

Wide receivers Denard Robinson and Roy Roundtree, safety Jordan Kovacs, defensive tackle Will Campbell and center Elliott Mealer all accepted invitations to postseason senior games.

Defensive end Craig Roh earned a bid to the East-West Shrine Game and offensive guard Patrick Omameh earned one to the Raycom All-Star Classic, but both declined the invitations, electing to not interrupt their training in Scottsdale, Ariz.

East-West Shrine Game: Jan. 19, 4 p.m. on NFL Network at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Will Campbell, defensive tackle for West Team, wearing No. 73.

Raycom All-Star Classic: Jan. 19, 3 p.m. on CBS Sports at Cramton Bowl in Montgomery, Ala.

Roy Roundtree, wide receiver for Stripes Team, wearing No. 89.

NFLPA Collegiate Bowl: Jan. 19, 9 p.m. on ESPN2 at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.

Elliott Mealer, offensive tackle for National Team, wearing No. 76.

Senior Bowl: Jan. 26, 4 p.m. on NFL Network at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala.

Denard Robinson, wide receiver for North Team.

Texas vs. the Nation All-Star Bowl: Feb. 2, 1:30 p.m. on FOX Sports Southwest at Eagle Stadium in Allen, Texas.

Jordan Kovacs, safety for Nation Team.
