Wolverines defeated in Battle at the Big House

The Michigan lacrosse team (1-11) played its first game against rival Ohio State (6-6) Saturday, competing on the biggest stage it has seen this season. The inexperienced Wolverines put on a valiant show in Michigan Stadium but fell to the Buckeyes, 12-9, in front of a crowd of over 4,000.

A slow start and a lack of opportunities led to the Michigan lacrosse team it’s 10th loss of the season Saturday, falling to Delaware, 11-7. The Wolverines (1-10) played most of the game on the defensive end of the field against the Blue Hens (4-7).
