The Game: Fetter drafted by Padres in 9th round

One of the best pitchers in University of Michigan history took one step closer to the Big Show on Tuesday.

Chris Fetter, fourth on Michigan’s all-time strikeout list, was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 9th round of the Major League Baseball Draft. Fetter was the 264th player drafted and the sixth Wolverine to be selected in the past two seasons.
