Pete Capling of Holiday Lighting Service hangs Christmas lights on the corner of E. Liberty and Division Streets. This year, the 19-year-old business, which is based out of Manchester, Mich., switched to LED lights which have over 66 times the life span of traditional Christmas lights but use one fourth the amount of electricity.
