Michigan hosts preseason-NIT regional with New York on its mind

Maybe in the realm of the regular season, Monday and Tuesday nights aren’t actually must-wins, but in order to travel to New York City later this month to play in the NIT Season-Tipoff, formerly the Preseason NIT, the Wolverines must beat IUPUI and then the winner of the Bowling Green-Cleveland State matchup.
