Ann Arbor printers Edwards Bros. and Malloy Inc. merge
Two of Southeast Michigan’s largest paper manufacturers merged into one company — called Edwards Bros. Malloy — to keep up in today’s diminishing print market, Crain’s Detroit Business reported earlier this week. John Edwards, the president and CEO of Ann Arbor’s Edwards Bros., told Crain’s the new company will have over $100 million in sales and will be the sixth largest book manufacturer in the U.S.
