The most effective way to fight back against white European racist policies, is to broaden the definition of ethnicity so that we can also list our specific European heritage. I'm a mixture of Irish, English, and German, which is actually a hell of a lot different from the sociological aspects of Eastern European Slavic cultures and races.
Likewise, the Chinese, Japanese, and even Koreans are very distinct, and it is wrong and culturally genocidal to lump them into one ignorantly defined category of Asian.
Did you know that Libyans and Egyptians don't look like "African-Americans"? Guess what, they are African Americans. Clean up this imprecise language in identifying our own cultural heritage, and maybe the "Caucasian" (white European) racism will finally stop being acceptable. All racism is odious in a free and just society.
These diversity initiatives are explicitly racist against Caucasians, which is apparently okay in today's society. I got news for you people, the Irish Catholics in this country are largely liberal Democrats because when they left the potato famine ridden island of Ireland, they were discriminated against by the mostly English descended conservative nativist families of New England. (Gangs of New York illustrates the racist Tammany political machine nicely).
The Irish were also subject to conquering and domination by the English much like the continent of Africa was subjected. The difference is, the Irish used ingenuity and intelligent political organization to shrug off their next door neighbor would be conquerors, in the old world and the New.
We say to today's minorities: follow the example of the Irish and learn to educate your own children before even considering serious social advancement (the Kennedys rose to political prominence using the arduous and honest groundwork laid by their race and religion as a whole. I know this is a hard pill to swallow in our sociologically ignorant "multi-cultural genocide" way of doing things on college campuses, but this is the way it's done)
I wonder is another unspoken reason for not "re-calculating" and throwing out less academicly challanging classes is to improve the performance in admitting freshmen classes with targeted levels of diversity.
