I work in a police station just like you and I remember receiving a call once from a random kid and he said that his mother's wig is on fire, and then some other stuff like ..his hair is on fire, etc but sadly he managed to close before we have been able to track his location. I do want to point out that people like this are risking quite some harsh penalties for terrorism.
