Indie group Tegan and Sara perform a free concert at Borders on Liberty Street to promote its new album The Con. The line for the show began to take shape this morning at 5 a.m. The twin sisters hailing from Calgary will continue their tour tomorrow in front of a sold-out crowd at St. Andrews Hall in Detroit.
