In yet another ranking, B-school comes out near top
BY JILLIAN BERMAN
The Ross School of Business has one of the most ethical business curriculums, according to an article in the Wall Street Journal.
Ross ranked second in a study by the Aspen Institute, which produces the study every two years, according to the article. The survey ranks schools based on how well they teach ethical and environmental issues, weighting the curriculums 75 percent and faculty research 25 percent.
According to the article, schools that integrate ethical and social issues into their core classes score higher than those that only offer elective classes in those topics.
The only school to beat out Ross was the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. Yale University's School of Management, Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and Notre Dame University's Mendoza College of Business, rounded out the top five.
