MTV confirms 'Jersey Shore' season two rumors

We've all been hearing a lot of rumors about a second season of MTV's "Jersey Shore," but today the network finally confirmed them. The second season is for real.
And while the network would've been flooded with audition tapes of people looking to be the next "situation," MTV has chosen not to disrupt the chemistry and magic of the original cast. The second season will feature Mike, Ronny, Vinny, Pauly D, Jenni, Sammi and Snooki, but in a different location. The only hint to where the location will be is that they “escape the cold northeast," according to an MTV statement. It looks like there will be plenty of tanning in the next season.
“Our audience has fallen in love with Jersey Shore and its amazing cast who have really grown together as a family,That bond gives the show its heart, and we’re thrilled to reunite these friends," said MTV President of Programming Tony Disanto in a released statement.
Let's hope that while you can take the cast out of the Jersey shore, you can't take the "Jersey Shore" out of the cast. Fingers crossed for an awesome second season.
