Michigan hockey team will face Miami (Ohio) in Friday's CCHA semifinals

After defeating No. 2 seed Michigan State in dominant fashion this past weekend, the Wolverines drew the CCHA's top team and nation's No. 2 team in Miami (Ohio) in the CCHA semifinals this Friday.
The Redhawks move on after going to three games against Ohio State and wrapping up the series with a 2-1 victory on Sunday night.
The Wolverines lost in both of their contests to Miami (Ohio) this season, both of which were at home, by scores of 3-1 and 5-1.
Although the official gametime has yet to be released, Michigan will likely play in the tournament's second game on Friday at 8:05 at Joe Louis Arena. The game would be broadcast on Big Ten Network. Northern Michigan and Ferris State will face off in the conference's other semifinal.
