Athletic Department to hold pep rally before Homecoming matchup against Indiana

BY RYAN KARTJE

It's been awhile since Michigan football fans have had something to get "pepped" about.

0-2 to start the 2007 season, one of the losses being to FCS team Appalachian State. And in 2008, the Wolverines only won three games, completing the worst season in program history.

But this year, with a 3-0 start and the Homecoming game coming up against Indiana this weekend, the student body and Michigan fans alike have a great deal to be excited about.

So the Athletic Department, in conjunction with the Michigan Student Assembly will hold a pep rally on Friday at Crisler Arena.

The pep rally is free and open to the public with doors opening at 2:30 p.m. Coach Rodriguez and the football team will arrive at 4 p.m.
