This week I got the chance to celebrate the German festival Fasnet — a.k.a Fastnacht, Fasching, Karnival, etc. The name changes from region to region, as well as the way each city celebrates. In Freiburg, for example, it’s called Fasnet.

Though I understand that some students need A.D.H.D medication to function on a daily basis, it’s obvious that students are abusing these drugs. Whether it’s to stay up late studying for an exam or party harder than a typical night, the use and abuse of this drug is a problem at universities across the nation and our University is no exception.
