Turning 21 is a great feeling, no matter where you are. However, here in Ann Arbor turning 21 opens up a whole new realm of possibilities for exploring this great college town. Granted, there’s nothing like a frat or house party when you’re an underclassman but once you hit upperclassman status, let’s admit it, you’re ready to move on — and move on fast.
