Late Thursday night, six students tried to climb over the fence at Michigan Stadium, according to University Police. When an officer observed the climbers and told them to stop, four of them attempted to flee on foot.
The two students who did not run away from the officer were given a verbal warning. The four students who left the scene were located and arrested for illegal entry and resisting and obstructing a police officer.
The arrested students were processed and released pending charges by the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's office.
