LIVE BLOG: Michigan women's basketball vs. Eastern Michigan

We are LIVE inside the EMU Convocation Center for tonight's first round WNIT matchup between Michigan and Eastern Michigan.
The Wolverines, who many thought would earn a bid to the NCAA tournament, are looking to start a run to the WNIT Title tonight against the Eagles.
Eastern Michigan, which has just four players averaging four points or more per game, is led by guards Tavelyn James and Cassie Schrock, who both average over 15 points per contest. If Michigan can keep those to players in check, it should be in good shape to move on to the second round.
Likely starting for Michigan will be senior Veronica Hicks, juniors Carmen Reynolds and Courtney Boylan, and sophomores Jenny Ryan and Rachel Sheffer.
