Crime Notes: Spilled milk


WHERE: Medical Science Unit I
WHEN: Tuesday at about 11:15 p.m.
WHAT: Occupational Safety and Environmental Health was notified after an unknown liquid was discovered in a lab, University Police reported. The liquid was determined to present no danger and was removed.

Bumper blunder
WHERE: Lot M18, 1600 Medical Center
WHEN: Wednesday at about 4:15 a.m.
WHAT: A vehicle was hit while parked between 3:30 and 7 a.m., University Police reported. The parked vehicle sustained minor damage.

Surf’s up
WHERE: West Hall
WHEN: Tuesday at about 12:20 p.m.
WHAT: Police were called to assist staff when a water pipe in the fourth floor ceiling broke, University Police reported. The broken pipe resulted in no reported injuries, but did do damage to one laptop.

No shirt, no shoes, no purse
WHERE: Lot SC20, 1114 State Street
WHEN: 12:10 p.m.
WHAT: A subject discovered their car window broken and several items stolen from the vehicle, University Police reported. The stolen items included a purse and a bag of clothes.
