Officials have given the all clear following the pursuit of three armed robbery suspects who were said to have fled police near Main St. and Madison just after 2:30 p.m. this afternoon.

The area has been cleared, according to the University's Department of Public Safety, and normal activities may now resume.

The emergency alert from DPS said that the three suspects may have been armed and advised people to stay inside.
