There's no understating how important this game is for the Wolverines. They've dropped three games to the MAC this season. I know, it's bad. So with their ace Chris Fetter on the mound against Illinois' ace, Phil Haig, this is sure to be a barnburner. Michigan has had success against Haig in the past, so if they can continue that and actually manufacture runs (especially not by #3 and #4 hitters Ryan LaMarre and Mike Dufek) then the Wolverines stand a chance in this game.
